Whoa...yeah. Being a brain injury, it managed to affect every part of my life and alienate me from both my peers and family. I have had ataxia (balance problems), dysarthria (speech problems), delusions, suicidal ideations, halos (pre-seizure auras), confusion, dizziness, headaches, and depression.
Fortunately, by this time most of all that is gone or under control. My balance is still a little off, but is incredibly good, considering. I've been seizure-free for over 20 years, so I currently take no meds—which were what were giving me the depression and suicidal ideations. Life is good.
